2022 LADIES RETREAT REGISTRATION & PAYMENT FORM

DATE: Thursday - Saturday, October 6-8
NOTE - We will leave from VBC on Thursday at 12pm and return home on Saturday around 4pm.
LOCATION: Minnetonka Christian Camp, Clayton, Oklahoma
COST: $200 Per Person - Includes 2 Nights Lodging, 6 Meals, Materials, Activities, Prizes & Special Speaker
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DEADLINE: $100 Deposit Due ASAP. Total Balance Is Due By Sunday, Sept. 18
